A garden themed around sight loss has won a medal at the Chelsea Flower Show.
Epsom eye care charity SeeAbility won the silver gilt medal for its garden, which included landscaping and plants to represent four sight conditions.
On Monday the charity’s patron the Duchess of Gloucester visited the award-winning garden.
SeeAbility CEO David Scott-Ralphs said they were honoured to receive the medal at their first ever Chelsea Flower Show.
Mr Scott-Ralphs said: "This fabulous award is a reflection of the creative interpretation which Darren Hawkes, the garden designer, has achieved in conceptually showing various sight conditions to make us all think about sight loss.
"We are immensely appreciative to Coutts, our sponsor, who made this garden possible."
SeeAbility helps people with a sight loss to develop skills, achieve greater independence and improve their quality of life.
