A woman dubbed Rodeo Ruth, who choreographed Steps famous dance hit 5,6,7,8, has helped to start a diet and dance club with a difference.
Ruth Crosby, who has also starred as a line dance guru on TV shows such as Children in Need and the National Lottery, has joined fellow nutritional therapist Rachel Dowler to found the Kickstart Diet and Dance Club in Ewell.
The course, which involves nutrition advice and line dancing, is being held at Ewell Court House, Lakehurst Road, on Tuesday evenings between 7pm and 8.30pm.
