The sun shone on friends as they gathered for traditional British street parties at the weekend.
Groups across Sutton partied in the street as part of the Big - a national drive to bring communities together.
Street parties were held all over the borough including in Winchcombe Road in Carshalton where Sutton's deputy Mayor Councillor Sue Stears attended and neighbours enjoyed everything from a 'Winchcombe Has Talent' competition to a fresh fruit cooking contest.
