Firefighters from Purley were the first at the scene of an industrial skip fire this morning.
The crew, along with firefighters from Oxted fire station, were called to blaze at a double glazing company in Godstone Road, Whyteleafe, at about 5am.
Jets were used to put out the fire in the skip, which contained plastic and timber window frames and was described as "well alight" by one firefighter.
The crews stayed at the scene for about an hour-and-a-half. The incident is not being treated as suspicious.
