London Ambulance Service sent one ambulance to the scene
A motorcyclist has been seriously injured in a collision with a truck in Coulsdon.
A 22-year-old man suffered severe leg injuries in the crash in Farthing Way just before 9am today.
He was taken to St George's Hospital major trauma unit for treatment.
London Ambulance Service said it had one ambulance crew on the scene, at the junction with Brighton Road, within four minutes of being called.
Farthing Way was closed to northbound traffic for around 90 minutes, but has now reopened.
