Customers at a Carshalton shop have a hi-tech chance to tell managers exactly what they think of the branch.
People in Carshalton are being encouraged to go to the Co-operative Food store in Wrythe Lane next week to visit the chain's Your Voice Box trailer.
People will be able to use the trailer's 'voice pod' to record messages to the chain's management which will be used to guide future decisions.
Visitors will also get the chance to try samples from The Co-Operative's cake range.
The pod will be at the Wrythe Lane shop from 11am to 6pm.
