Three men have been given ASBOs in an attempt to combat drug dealing in Sutton town centre.

Daniel Nwaogwugwu, 23, from Sutton High Street, Wesley Doh, 19, of Collingwood Road, Sutton, and Darren McLarty, 21, of Wessex Close, Kingston, received their ASBOs at post conviction hearings at Kingston Crown Court on June 27.

As part of their ASBO conditions, McLarty, Doh and Nwaogwugwu must not enter the Collingwood Estate or Benhill Estate or associate with each other.

All three of them can only have one mobile each – registered in their own name or that of a family member.

Doh was convicted at Kingston Crown Court on August, 23, 2012, of conspiracy to supply Class A drugs. He was sentenced to 30 months in a Youth Offenders Institute.

Nwaogwugwu was convicted at Kingston Crown Court on August 23, 2012, of conspiracy to supply Class A drugs. He was sentenced to 42 months jail.

Doh and Nwaogwugwu’s ASBO orders are suspended until they are released from custody and police are urging members of the public to call them immediately on 999 if they see them on the Collingwood or Benhill Estates.

McLarty was convicted at Kingston Crown Court on May 8 of supplying Class A drugs.

He received 18 months jail suspended for 18 months and was ordered to do 200 hours of unpaid work and attend an integrated domestic abuse programme.

The ASBOs run until June 27, 2016.
