Two men who murdered Jamie Sanderson inside Oceana nightclub have been given life sentences.
Levan Greenfield, 22, was given a life sentence at the Old Bailey today by Judge Wendy Jones.
Brandon Francis, 20, spotted on CCTV with a "knife-like" object outside the club, was given a life sentence but told he would serve at least 21 years.
They were found guilty by a jury yesterday, after evidence they had killed Jamie Sanderson in the club on October 25 last year.
Friends of Jamie sat in the public gallery wearing purple - his favourite colour.
Chermai Richards, 19, from Northolt had been good friends with Jamie Sanderson.
She said: "I'm happy with the verdicts but it's sad that there are now two children without fathers [Greenfield also had a child]. So it's really a mess.
"Although we are happy with the result, it doesn't change much. Jamie was such a character. He was just so funny. He was just Jamie - amazing."
Her mother 43-year-old Rachel Ramsay cried and cheered as the verdicts were given.
She later said: "I feel like Jamie got justice. I'm just glad he got 21 years - 21 years for Jamie's 21 years.
"This should be an example to other young boys about knives, be a deterrent."
