Those parking in Croydon this weekend are set to get a big discount.
Croydon Town Centre Business District (BID) have reached an agreement with NCP Car Parks to reduce all day rates by 50% this Saturday and Sunday.
This means it will cost £4 to park in either the Whitgift Car Park or Central Car Park.
It is set to be a busy weekend in the town centre with the BIG Get Fit Together taking place on Saturday and Sunday.
Matthew Sims, Chief Executive of Croydon BID said: “We are absolutely delighted with the response from NCP. They have been nothing but co-operative in supporting Croydon and the BIG Get Fit Together with their reduced rates.”
“Should this be a successful venture for NCP, we hope to be able to work together to offer deals such as this on a longer term basis. This will in turn help to increase the numbers shopping in Croydon adding a real positive impact on local businesses”.
