Shelter is calling on people in South London to donate unwanted clothes to a Shelter shop.
Anyone donating a bag of clothes to the Shelter shops in Streatham or Crystal Palace before July 27 has a chance to enter a free prize draw to win one of five Fujitsu PCs.
Campbell Robb, Shelter’s Chief Executive, said: “We’re asking everyone to search through their wardrobes over the next couple of weeks and drop in to their local Shelter shop with a bag of pre-loved clothes, books and homeware.”
“All money raised through Shelter’s shops helps us reach more of the people who need us. With homelessness in England now at the highest level it has been for five years, there’s never been a better time to donate to Shelter in the knowledge that every dress, book or mug will make a real difference.”
