Elderly people felt like "Olympic stars" when they won zimmer frame and wheelchair races on Wednesday.
Three care homes took part in the sports day, which included egg and spoon races and balancing bean bags on heads.
Ridgemount care home, in The Horseshoe Shoe, Banstead, hosted the day, but residents from neighbouring care home Greenacres won the most medals.
There was also a team from The Beeches care home in Forty Foot Road, Leatherhead.
Greenacres business manager Jean Williamson said: "The residents won gold medals and were really chuffed to bits. They felt like Olympic stars."
