An estate agent's board and two bins were targeted in a spate of suspected arson attacks at the weekend.
Firefighters were called to a bin on fire in Kingston Road, Leatherhead, at 1.15am on Saturday.
Just 10 minutes later a For Sale sign is believed to have been set alight in the same road.
Shortly after that firefighters were called to put out a blaze in a burning bin in Leatherhead station car park.
A Leatherhead firefighter said: "We believe they were all started deliberately, probably by the same person.
"The fires were 10 minutes apart and all in the same area."
