Campaigners against human trafficking took to the streets of Croydon at the weekend.
The 27FOR27 demonstration was orchestrated by the A21 Campaign. They put demonstrators in 27 London boroughs on Saturday.
In Croydon volunteers handed out flyers while their mouths were taped shut, which was meant to symbolise the millions of slaves worldwide who don’t have a voice.
The A21 Campaign is a global non-profit organisation that works to fight human trafficking.
