Kenley and Norbury police stations are both being formally put up for sale next week.
The stations will be on sale from September 2, as part of the Metropolitan Police Service's (MPS) efforts to save millions of pounds from its budget.
Both stations, along with South Norwood police station, which was put up for sale in June, have been closed to the public since August 18 and are no longer in use.
The MPS say the station closures will not impact on local policing as Croydon will benefit from 117 additional officers bringing the borough's police numbers to 740, under plans introduced by the London Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC).
Croydon Borough Commander, Chief Superintendent David Musker described the three buildings as out-of-date and said they were expensive to run and not fit for purpose.
He said: "I want to reassure the public the closure of these stations will not mean a drop in service.
"We will be changing the way we operate here in Croydon in the autumn under the Local Policing Model and these operational changes will mean that we are able to deliver a better service for Croydon's communities."
