Guerilla style street art has cropped up on road signs, prompting neighbours to question if Banksy has come to Battersea.
The images appeared last week in Vicarage Crescent and Battersea Church Road, in Battersea, close to the Royal College of Art.
An image of a stick man in the crucifixion position can be seen on a dead end sign, while a left turn sign has been manipulated to look like a man picking a flower.
A controlled parking zone sign has also been transformed to show two hands shaking.
The artwork has provoked neighbours to question if Battersea is now home to a Banksy, with the street artist's work fetching more than £100,000 at an auction.
However, on one of the lamp-posts a sticker has been left reading Nairobi Crew, potentially a clue to the real culprit.
Last August graffiti of a girl carrying swords appeared on the wall of flats in Old Swan Wharf, in Battersea Church Road.
