I am a resident of South Croydon who was recently assisted by Mr Richard Ottaway MP and his excellent constituency office team in a matter relating to my former employers.
I am delighted with the final outcome, much of it due to the support I received from Mr Ottaway's office and I wish to acknowledge this.
On his website, Mr Ottaway states “Please do not hesitate to contact me if you feel I can be of assistance or if there is anything you would like to discuss with me”. I found this to be true.
I received prompt responses on any matters that I raised with his office and his staff were excellent in the service they provided me, while raising my concerns to my former employers until the matter was satisfactorily resolved.
It was certainly a very difficult time for me and my family, but I am pleased that I contacted him.
What most impressed me was his display of professionalism and an ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly in a manner that exceeded my expectations.
My recommendation to local constituents in perhaps similar situations would be to consider contacting Mr Ottaway and his able constituency team as from my own experience it can make the difference.
