Council tenants and leaseholders are being asked to have a say on the spending priorities for housing services in the borough.
Residents have until October 25 to register their views and tell Sutton Housing Partnership (SHP) what they would like to see more money spent on, as well as suggesting what savings can be made.
The Annual Budget Survey is carried out each year and helps determine what areas of spending are most important to tenants and leaseholders in Sutton.
Steve Leitch, head of finance at SHP said: "Residents can register their views by completing our on line budget survey or they can contact our Customer Care team and we will send the details by post.
"It’s really important to make sure we are spending tenants rents on the housing services that residents have told us are most important to them."
As a result of last years' feedback SHP increased the budgets for front line services including the gardening scheme and repairs to residents' homes.
Money was saved by training staff to provide a mediation service to residents who may be suffering from anti-social behaviour.
