Healthier eating among children was promoted in a project carried out by young people from Croydon.
60 young people in five groups of 12 took part in cultivation projects for Good Food Matters on September 29.
The project was part of National Citizen Service, where 16 to 17 year olds take part in challenges and projects to develop skills and help the community.
The Government funded scheme’s summer programme ended the same day.
