Manslaughter convict Kieran Thomas caught in West Midlands after manhunt
A manslaughter convict who went on the run from police has been caught.
Carshalton man Kieran Thomas, 33, was jailed in 2009 for his part in the manslaughter of Bath man peter Foster in a bungled robbery the year before.
He was released from prison under licence in May but went on the run after failing to comply with the conditions of his release sparking a police manhunt last week.
Thomas was arrested in the West Midlands at 9.45pm last night.
The Thornton Road man plotted to rob Mr Foster with Johnny Claydon in order to settle a cocaine debt in 2008.

Mr Foster with a single stab wound from a knife Thomas had been seen brandishing earlier.
Thomas was jailed for 10 years but was released this year under strict conditions.
