The event raised £1,000 in aid of The Children's Trust, in Tadworth, in memory of Julia’s sons Ben and Tom who attended the school at the trust. Both boys had a neurological degenerative condition and both died at the age of 15.
Husband, Steve Curry, said: "The Children's Trust is a brilliant organisation who gave our boys a fantastic last few years of their short lives.
"As well as a school they have residential houses where they care for profoundly disabled children and young adults.
"The help and generosity of our friends and family was fantastic and a great time was had by all."
