A large forensic operation is underway on Ellie Butler’s estate.
Officers are searching through bins in Hulverston Close, in the Shanklin Estate, near the home of six-year-old Ellie Butler who collapsed and died on Monday afternoon.

Flowers and a little Mickey Mouse have been left for the youngster who has been described as an ‘amazing’ and well-mannered little girl.

Officers from the Homicide and Major Crime Command are investigating her death – which police are treating as unexplained.
Next of kin have been informed and a post-mortem examination will be held tomorrow.
Ellie's father, Ben Butler, has been arrested in connection with the investigation and remains in custody at a south London police station.
