Croydon Business Month continues this week with a series of events.

A business information workshop takes place from 5pm to 7pm today at Central Library in Katharine Street, Croydon.

It will demonstrate how best to use online resources to get information and advice on business, including business rates, health and safety, licences and permits.

There will also be NatWest procurement workshops for new start ups and small businesses at the library on Tuesday from 10am to noon.

A three day new business programme covering topics including business planning, market research, advertising and promotion, and budgeting, runs between 9.30am and 4pm from Wednesday 20 to Friday 22 November at Croydon Business Venture, 74-94 Cherry Orchard Road, Croydon.

On Thursday an introduction to social enterprises takes place at Stanley Halls, 12 South Norwood Hill, from 10am to noon.

This is followed by an event about enterprise opportunities in sports, fitness and leisure at Crystal Palace Football Club from 6pm to 8.30pm.
