Hundreds got into the festive spirit at the St George’s Church Christmas Market this weekend.
Nearly £2,000 was raised on the day which will go towards vital maintenance work at the church.
Children got to meet Santa at Father Christmas’ grotto and there was a variety of stalls selling arts and crafts.

Jan Payne, one of the organisers of the event, said: “It was an amazing day and a fantastic total for us to raise. We had so many visitors that the kitchen ran out of food.”
