A man has denied racially assaulting a Village Pizza delivery driver outside his home.
David Bean, of St Albans Road, Kingston, denied the charge when he appeared at Wimbledon Magistrates' Court on Tuesday afternoon.
He is charged with attacking Naheeb Mohamed in St Albans Road on November 4.
Under his bail conditions Mr Bean was banned from contacting Mr Mohamed or any other employees of Village Pizza.
His trial will take place at Kingston Crown Court on December 3.
