Firefighters cut the roof off a car to rescue a woman inside after a crash yesterday.
A lorry and red Citroen crashed on the M25 between junction 9, to Leatherhead, and junction 8, to Reigate, at about 4.40pm on November 25.
A Leatherhead fire station spokesman said they used hydraulic cutters and a battery-powered saw to remove the roof of the car.
He said: "We took the woman out on a spinal board. She was conscious. I think it was more precautionary than life threatening."
He said that an ambulance was on hand to treat the woman.
He said: "The lorry had merged into the lane and pushed the car."
