Sutton Station
Whose ridiculous idea was it to remove the recycling bins near Sutton Station?
To remove them because of flytipping in the location is a bit pathetic - surely it is worth installing CCTV to find the offenders?
The bins were always full at the end of the week so one can only imagine how much extra rubbish is being caused by the removal of the bins.
Please think again Sutton Council!
