A little haven for  children with special needs was transformed into Santa’s grotto this Christmas.

Little Eden was created by Dawn and Glenn Harvey in their back garden after their son, Tate, was born six years ago with Down's Syndrome, a hole in his heart and talipes which means he cannot walk.

Mrs Harvey opens the garden every Monday and Friday from 2pm to 6pm for children with special needs.

Santa and even the mayor of Sutton, Sean Brennan, popped along to see the centre’s festive transformation.
