A Wallington woman will star in tonight’s episode of Channel 4’s the Undateables.
The show will see Jennifer Page, 27, go on a date with her pal of two-years and star of last year’s show, Michael, from Coulsdon.
Michael
Michael was a hit with fans of the show for his phrase: “Aha! A gentleman never tells". One super-fan even got a tattoo of Michael's face with his catchphrase alongside it.
A year later, Michael is still looking to find 'the one' and tonight's episode will see him go on a date with Miss Page.
Speaking this afternoon Miss Page said she was excited to watch the show which will be aired at 9pm.
She said: “He didn’t want a blind date like last time. He was on it last year. I met him at a speed dating disco.”
She admitted she was nervous about watching the programme but this is not the first time she has been on TV.
When she was eight years old she starred in an episode of the Bill and she has also been on Panorama to talk about a road accident in which she sustained a head injury.
Miss Page admitted she did fancy Michael, 27, but they were better friends.
When asked if she would like to be Michael’s girlfriend she said: “It depends if I get asked. Not at the moment. I’ve got to wait until Michael turns back and says ‘do you want to be my girlfriend’.”
Miss Page is going out for lunch with Michael on Monday so the pair can catch-up and talk about the programme.
