An eye-catching Rolls Royce will take centre-stage as part of an Epsom entrepreneur’s drive to raise awareness of breast cancer.

Pauline Banyard, of Epsom private hire company Ladysafe and Sons, has arranged for a pink version of the classic car to visit The Ashley Centre on Saturday, March 15, to promote Breast Cancer Care.

She said: "I love the colour pink and I wanted to do something to help raise funds for this wonderful charity.

"On Saturday, March 15, anyone in the shopping centre can have their picture taken by a professional photographer with FAB1 for a small donation and there will also be a raffle to win FAB1 for the day.

"We are looking forward to being joined by some special guests."

Raffle prizes donated by members of The Best of Epsom and Ewell include a health and beauty voucher from Skyrah Beauty Epsom, lunch or dinner for four at La Perla, a round of golf for four at Epsom Golf Club, a bucks fizz breakfast for four at Waterhouse Café, a pink bouquet from Mad Lillies, Sunday lunch for four at Chalk Lane Hotel and an airport run return journey to Gatwick or Heathrow from Ladysafe and Sons.

Epsom’s mayor Councillor Colin Taylor and MP Chris Grayling will be making an appearance at 10.30am.

At 4.30pm, cast and crew from Bobby Socks and Blue Jeans, who are appearing at the Epsom Playhouse that evening, will draw the raffle.

Ms Banyard is also encouraging shops to adopt a pink theme and urging people to turn up wearing pink.
