Children tossed pancakes and ran at the same time to celebrate Shrove Tuesday last week.
Year One pupils took part in pancake relay races at Downsend’s Pre-Prep School in Norman Avenue, Epsom.
Headteacher Jacqueline Birchall said: "I’m amazed at how many of our little ones could toss the pancakes and run at the same time!
"Many of them had the chance to make pancakes and enjoyed discussing how they made them and what their favourite fillings were."
