A car mechanic who always knew he would be a millionaire has done just that - banking a massive £108m EuroMillions jackpot.
He bought the winning ticket from Londis in Wallington Corner, Wallington, on the day of the draw.
After being unveiled at press conference in Dorking this morning, he said he was so confident he would win he told people on Friday that "this time tomorrow" he would be a multi-millionaire.
Checking his ticket on Friday night Neil Trotter was pleased when he saw he had the first three numbers.
And as the other balls came out of the machine he realised he had won the lot.
His winning numbers were 6,24,25,27,30 and 'lucky stars' 5 and 9.
Mr Trotter, who is also racing driver, said: "I went as white as a sheet and my partner Nicky said 'what's wrong?' and I said "I have won the lottery."
Then I phoned my dad up and said I have won the lottery, I have won the lot.
"I said I have won £108m and he said 'what have you been drinking?'
The 41-year-old is a keen racing driver and most recently took part in the BMW Compact Cup, where he came sixth out of 60.
At the moment he drives a Ford Focus so purchasing a new car is high on his agenda.
And he is thinking of buying a whole fleet of supercars.
He said: "There will be quite a few cars and we have to find somewhere to put them all.
"It's not an immediate thing to buy lots of stuff, I went to take my time and purchase wisely.
"It's early days yet and I don't know what I'm going to do. I just want to take stock of what I'm doing."
His partner of eight years, Nicky Ottaway, who appeared with him at the press conference today said on her shopping list are handbags and shoes - and a house.
She said: "There needs to be room for a pony and somewhere to put the cars."
The 33-year-old quit her job this morning and Mr Trotter is set to give up his Mitcham based business.
They also plan to holiday abroad too as soon as Mr Trotter has renewed his passport.
He added: Me and my dad thought we'd heard all the Only Fools and Horses jokes but I can see this is going to run and run.
"Still, being Trotters we were always going to be millionaires one day."
His win has catapulted him info fourth place in the National Lottery rich list.
