A hospital treated 250 patients to tea and cupcakes to mark Worldwide Afternoon Tea day.
Epsom Hospital celebrated the day as part of Nutrition and Hydration Week, which dietitians use to spread healthy eating messages.
CSH Surrey dietitian Elizabeth Dentith, who came up with the idea, said: "We thought it would be nice to do something fun for our patients to help raise awareness of good nutrition."
