Westlife’s Brian McFadden, Duran Duran’s John Taylor, Olympian Tessa Sanderson and the Apprentice’s Margaret Mountford have attended a glamorous fundraiser and helped raise £275,000 for charity.
ITV newsreader Mary Nightingale, patron of the Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity in Cleeve Road, Leatherhead, hosted the event at the Savoy Hotel in London on Monday, March 10.
Trust in Fashion, a star-studded fundraiser with catwalk shows and afternoon tea, was followed by a dinner with vintage wine called Corks and Couture.
Heather Wood, chief executive of Rainbow Trust, said: "We would like to say a big thank you to all who attended both Trust in Fashion and Corks and Couture.
"We are delighted to have raised a staggering £275,000 overall, which will enable us to help more families who are going through an unimaginably tough time and are in desperate need of support."
