Police are no longer looking for two men reported to have fled a dramatic crash on the border of Morden and Sutton yesterday.
An 18-year-old woman was treated for minor injuries after two off-duty police officers alerted the emergency services to the scene of the collision.
A red Seat Arosa flipped onto its roof in the two car collision at the notorious junction which has seen numerous incidents this year alone.
Police and ambulance crews were called to the junction of St Helier Avenue and Middleton Road at 1.15pm on Tuesday, June 3.
A police spokesman said an 18-year-old woman was treated for minor injuries at St Helier Hospital.
A London Ambulance spokesperson said they sent a car and two ambulance crews to reports of a road traffic collision.
