A driver had to be cut free from her car and taken to hospital after a smash in Wallington last night.
The woman, who was driving a Mini, collided with another car at the junction of Manor Road and Croydon Road at about midnight.
Firefighters from Wallington cut the roof from the woman's car so she could be safely removed.
She was conscious and breathing but was taken to hospital with chest injuries.
The driver of the other car is not thought to have been seriously hurt.
The road was closed while emergency services were on the scene and traffic including buses was diverted.
