A North Cheam man has been charged with assault after three men were sprayed with a noxious gas outside a Vauxhall nightclub.
Jonathan William Lynn, 31, has been charged with, wounding with intent and three counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
He faces another charge of possession of a weapon for discharge of a noxious gas.
The incident took place outside the Lightbox nightclub in South Lambeth Place, Vauxhall, in the early hours of Sunday, June 8.
Three men were sprayed with a substance believed to be ammonia and had to be treated for minor injuries.
Mr Lynn from Dorking Close appeared at Camberwell Green Magistrates Court on Friday, June 13.
He has been remanded in custody to appear at the Inner London Crown Court on Friday June 27.
