The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity has received a £5,000 donation from Cheam Rotary Club.
Part of the money will be spent on two Medikin dolls, which specialists use to show children what they will experience during cancer treatment.
Tanya Turner, senior play specialist at the Oak Centre for Children and Young People, said: "Parts of a child's treatment can be scary for them. We use the specialist doll in a play setting to explain these to them."
