A teenager is to appear in court after an allegedly racially-motivated attack which left a man in hospital.
The 16-year-old, from Epsom, has been charged with racially aggravated actual bodily harm following the incident in The Parade, Epsom, at 8pm, on Tuesday, July 1.
A man suffered head and facial injuries and was taken to St George's Hospital, in Tooting, for treatment. He was later released.
A woman suffered minor injuries during the attack, but did not require medical assistance.
The teenager is due to appear at Guildford Magistrates Court on Thursday, July 17.
