An 18-year-old man who verbally abused a shopkeeper has been hit with a fine and an ASBO.
Kye Stephenson from Lakers Rise, Banstead, was also found guilty of theft by finding of an Oyster card in February.
He was fined £160 and a further £50 in costs for the charges at a hearing on Tuesday, July 8 at Croydon Magistrates Court.
Stephenson was also handed an ASBO for his anti-social behaviour towards the shopkeeper in January.
The order bans him from an area bordering Middleton Road, Bishopsford Road, and Peterborough Road in Morden.
