The Sutton Guardian's own chief sub-editor Gary O'Connell got down and dirty as part of a squad of dedicated charity supporters out to fund-raise in aid of Sutton Mencap.
Mr O'Connell, and 21 other hardy souls, took on the Nuts Challenge on Saturday, braving 7km of boggy assault course littered with obstacles such as Hell River and Hamburger Hill in Dorking.
The group has raised more than £2,000 so far for Sutton Mencap, which supports about 200 children and adults with a learning disability.
