A brave 10-year-old who is the face of a new British Heart Foundation campaign, paid a visit to the charity’s Wallington store to meet volunteers.
Daniel Harris, who lives with his family in Purely, Croydon, was born with a 10mm hole in his heart.
Aged nine he had life-saving open-heart surgery after doctors spotted the defect.
Daniel is now the face of the Bag it Beat it campaign, which encourages people to donate bags of goods to be sold in BHF stores.
On Thursday September 18, Daniel visited the Wallington store to hand over some of his own unwanted items and meet volunteers.
