Teenage arsonists set a skip on fire before leaving it to burn through the early hours of the morning.
They started the blaze on Wednesday, September 17, in the Waitrose car park in Central Road.
Sutton Council CCTV caught the hooded youths sparking the blaze at around 2.05am, and later captured two teenage boys, and a teenage girl return to the site at around 3.23am.
Police are keen to speak to the group in connection with the incident, and are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
The London Fire Brigade eventually put the fire out.
