Drug cops with a sniffer dog raided two properties in Sutton this morning, to curb dealing in the Collingwood and Benhill parks.
Officers searched a flat in Killick House in Crown Road, Sutton, at 7.30am and arrested a 16-year-old for possession and intent to supply cannabis.
He was arrested after police found a huge stash of weed and wads of cash in the flat.
At the same time officers searched a property in Ashton Close, Sutton, but no arrests were made.
The operation was led by Sutton’s Safer Parks police teams.
Drugs paraphernalia was also seized from both properties.
