A new store, offering an exercise designed for astronauts, has opened on Cheam Village High Street.
An oscillation studio called Tone In Ten opened on Saturday in Cheam.
The studio offers vibration and oscillation treatment instead of conventional exercise to tone up.
Oscillation technology dates back to the 1960s where the Russian Space programme and Nasa needed a way to exercise astronaut’s muscles, without too much physical movement in order not to damage their bodies.
Mary Coleman gives the equipment a try
Founder of Tone In Ten Su Hedges, from Thames Ditton, was unaware of this technology until introduced by a friend last year and this is her first studio.
The studio has nine machines and is one of the only sites in and around London that focuses solely on oscillation. To find out more visit toneinten.co.uk.
