The man seriously burned in a New Malden fire is not believed to be suffering from life threatening injuries, police have said.
Clear House in Kingston Road caught alight in the early hours of Friday, March 6, with the emergency services called out at roughly 4.30am.
A Metropolitan Police spokesperson has confirmed the blaze is not being treated as suspicious, after a man in his 50s named locally as Colin Edwards was taken to hospital.
Another man was treated at the scene for smoke inhalation.

Alex Kelly-Lord, who works nearby, said Mr Edwards was homeless and had been living in nearby Charlton House for the past year, although this has not been confirmed by police.
