A Nigerian businessman who couriered cocaine with a possible street value of £160,000 to Scotland was jailed for three and a half years.

Obinna Uzoh, 47, was tailed by police from London to Glasgow in July this year where he up with ex-soldier Greig Millen, 26, of Dundasvale Court, Cowcaddens.

When police stopped and searched the pair a black bag which Uzoh had been carrying and a lap-top rucksack found in Millen’s car were found to contain almost two and a half kilos of the class A drug.

For his part in the drugs deal, Millen was jailed for three years and four months.

Sentencing the pair, judge Lord Kinclaven also ordered that Uzoh should be deported at the end of his sentence.
