A man was taken to hospital yesterday after a car overturned when it collided with another vehicle.
Surrey Police said they were called to Greville Park Road, in Ashtead, just before 1pm, following reports of a crash involving two cars - a Seat Ibiza and an Audi A4.
A spokesman for the South East Coast Ambulance Service said they were called after reports that a car had overturned.
He said: "One man, aged in his 30s, and a passenger in the vehicle which overturned, was assessed and treated at the scene before being taken to St George’s Hospital, in Tooting, as a priority."
The spokesman said two ambulances, two ambulance cars and an air ambulance all went to the scene and the man was taken to hospital by road.
Surrey Police said a man was taken to St George’s Hospital as a precaution and two other people suffered minor injuries.
