A Tadworth man is one of three bouncers charged over the death of an aspiring pilot who died after being restrained outside a nightclub.

Mark Pantalleresco, 51, of The Parade, Brighton Road, in Tadworth, was charged yesterday with gross negligence manslaughter after the death of Adam Hird, 30, on June 15, 2014.

Mr Hird died following an incident involving bouncers outside the No. 65 Car at London’s Albert Embankment, Vauxhall, in the early hours of the morning.

He was rushed to hospital, where doctors removed part of his skull. He died two days later.

Lewis Thorne, 22, from Ramsgate, Kent, and Sebastiano Ragusa, 30, of East London, are facing the same charge.

All three men are on bail and will appear at Croydon Magistrates’ Court on June 9.
