The seventh annual St Helier Festival took place on Saturday, June 13.
The festival, organised by the Sutton Federation of Tenants and Residents Associations, ran from noon to 5pm, and featured dancing, entertainment and music from The Voice contestant Charlotte Turnbull.
Steve Tutt, spokesman for the St Helier Festival, said the day “went really well” and thanked everyone involved in the organisation of the event.

Organisers estimated a turnout of about 7,000 visitors to the event, staged on the open space next to the David Weir leisure centre.
The day featured stalls from community groups and organisations in the area, although some bemoaned their exclusion, notably the Sutton Tennis Academy and the St Helier campaign group Keep Our St Helier Hospital (Koshh).
Keith Sohl, who runs the Rose Hill sports centre, believed it is because the organisers wanted to have Sutton Council’s official leisure centre partner Everyone Active present.
Koshh were upset after seeing MP Tom Brake gathering signatures for his Save St Helier petition, despite the campaign group having their application rejected.
A festival spokesman said its organising committee chairman was away on leave and would address the separate points raised upon his return.
