A 14-year-old boy has been reported as missing, Sutton police said.
Mason Orchard was last seen by a friend in Sutton High Street on Tuesday, July 7, at about 4pm.
He is known to visit Sutton town centre and Rosehill areas.
A spokesman for Sutton police said: "With his serious condition for asthma, police are concerned that the older peers who Mason may be with may be unaware of his condition and need for regular medication."
Mason is described as slim. He was wearing a white shirt and blue jumper, a grey/black hooded top, blue jeans and black Nike Air Max trainers with yellow trim.
PC Richard Owen, of Sutton Police Station, said: "We want to hear from Mason or anyone who knows where he is to check that he is safe and well."
If you see Mason or have information about his whereabouts, contact police in Sutton on 101 quoting ref no: 15MIS026183 or the Missing People charity line on 116 000.
